PET POLICY

  • Please contact us ahead of your arrival to discuss pets. We charge $75 per night, per room for our four legged visitors. We have three (3) rooms only that will accommodate your pets, Meranda, Tucker and Shirling.  No pets allowed unless discussed in advance in writing. info@hotellaurance.com

  • Disabled persons may be accompanied by a nationally registered service dog which has been trained to perform a specific task with prior approval. Emotional support dogs are not permitted.

  • If you wish to bring a service dog, please answer the following in the QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS section when you make your reservation online: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? If you've already made your reservation, please contact us and answer the same questions as soon as possible. 

  • For the benefit of future guests with allergies, please keep the impact of any service animal to a minimum by having them professionally groomed before your arrival and keeping them off of all furniture. Additional fees will apply, otherwise. Never leave an animal unattended at the Hotel.

  • If a pet is found to have been in any property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. A representative of the Hotel may enter and inspect the property if the presence of a pet is suspected. 

  • Failure to comply in full with the Hotel’s animal policies will result in immediate eviction and/or additional charges to the credit card on file for required cleaning and any assessed damages. If desired, we can provide you with contact information for a nearby boarding kennel to care for your pets during your stay with us.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Smoking is not allowed on Hotel Laurance Property 

     

  • Rates are based on a specific number of occupants for each room as noted in the accommodations section of this website. Contact management for additional accommodations. Not complying with this policy will result in additional charges of $100 for each additional person per night.

  • Occupancy in our hotel is limited to registered guests staying at Hotel Laurance, unless event space has been rented. 

 

Check In is at 3:00 P.M.

  • We generally can not accommodate early check-ins

  • Please notify us if you are planning to arrive later than 6:00 P.M.  We can arrange self-check in as all rooms are have keyless touch pad system, as we do NOT have a front desk. 

 

Check Out is at 11:00 A.M.

 

PAYMENT

  • We accept all major credit cards. All reservations will be held with a valid credit card. A  first night's room deposit will be charged at the time of reservation.  The remaining balance for your stay will be charged at time of check in.

  • We do not accept cash transactions for the rooms being a small hotel with no cash box.

 

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS

  • Due to our limited availability, reservations must cancelled 14 days prior to of the arrival date in order to receive a refund. 

  • ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY EMAIL AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY EMAIL FROM HOTEL LAURANCE

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PROMOTIONS

  • All gift certificates and promotions expire 6 months after initial date of issue. Gift certificates and promotions are subject to change without prior notification.

 

ROOMS REQUIRING EXCESSIVE CLEANING OR CONTAINING DAMAGE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUESTS AND FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. FEES WILL BE CHARGED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF HOTEL LAURANCE. 

 

The above policies also apply to those using Gift Certificates.
